Will this really work for me if I have tried other quit-smoking programs?

Most cessation programmes treat smoking as a chemistry problem and substitute one nicotine source for another. Pranavaha treats it as a dysregulated autonomic nervous system reaching for the wrong medicine. What if I miss a live session?

Every live session is recorded and shared with all registered seekers, with lifetime access. You can watch on your own schedule and still complete the 21-day integration. The live experience is meaningful — Q&A, energy, real-time correction — but the recordings preserve the teaching faithfully for any session you cannot attend.

Is the 21-day integration optional?

Yes — you decide. But cessation is, neurobiologically, a 21-day re-pattern of breath, sleep, and craving response. The integration module is structured precisely because the first three weeks decide everything. We strongly encourage you to commit to it. There is no cost beyond the workshop fee.

What if I am not a smoker — is there value for me?

Yes. The Pranavaha framework's underlying instrument — pranayama, mantra, the cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway, HRV and vagal tone — is restorative for any dysregulated nervous system, not only nicotine-dysregulated ones. Seekers have applied the practice to anxiety, sleep difficulty, sugar cravings, and general autonomic restoration. The cessation framing makes the principles concrete, but the principles generalize.

What is the refund policy?

Are recordings really lifetime?
